Welcome to Lost in Living Life Coaching. By engaging with our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Coaching Relationship: Our coaching relationship is built on mutual respect and collaboration, with the goal of helping you achieve your objectives. As your coach, I will provide dedicated support, guidance, and encouragement to assist in your personal and professional development.

2. Confidentiality: All information shared during our coaching sessions will be kept confidential, except where disclosure is required by law. We are committed to protecting your privacy throughout our coaching journey.

3. Responsibilities: While I am here to offer support and guidance, you are responsible for your own actions and decisions. Coaching is designed to empower you to make informed choices, and I cannot be held accountable for the outcomes of those choices.

4. Payment: Payment for coaching services must be made according to the terms outlined in your coaching plan. Failure to make timely payments may result in the suspension of services until the balance is settled.

5. Cancellation: If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. Sessions cancelled with less notice may be forfeited.

6. Refunds: Refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis and are at the sole discretion of Lost in Living Life Coaching.

7. Termination: Either party may terminate the coaching relationship at any time with written notice. Any outstanding payments will remain due.

8. Results: Coaching outcomes can vary, and no specific results are guaranteed. Your success depends on your commitment and effort throughout the coaching process.

9. Feedback: We welcome and encourage feedback on our coaching services to help us improve and refine our offerings.

Cancellation Policy

Effective Date: January 28, 2024

At Lost in Living Life Coaching, we understand that unexpected events may require changes to your scheduled sessions. To manage these adjustments while ensuring effective service, we have established the following cancellation and rescheduling guidelines:

1. Rescheduling: You may reschedule your coaching sessions without extra charges if you notify us at least 7 days before your scheduled appointment. Requests made less than 7 days in advance will be considered based on coach availability, and additional charges may apply if rescheduling is possible within this timeframe.

2. Last Minute Bookings: Bookings made within 24 hours of the desired appointment time are considered last-minute and are subject to coach availability. These bookings may be accepted at the discretion of Lost in Living Life Coaching.

3. Sales and Refunds: All coaching session sales are final and non-refundable. However, sessions may be rescheduled according to the above policies to accommodate your needs.

4. No-Show Policy: Failure to notify us of a cancellation or to attend a scheduled session without prior notice will result in the forfeiture of the session fee.
